The New Year has brought welcome relief for consumers as gold and silver prices recorded a noticeable decline across Pakistan.
According to local bullion markets, the price of one tola of gold dropped by Rs. 2,400, bringing the new rate down to Rs. 454,562 per tola.

Silver Prices Also Decline
Silver prices followed the same downward trend. The price of one tola of silver decreased by Rs. 83, settling at Rs. 7,635 per tola.

Market experts attribute the decline to fluctuations in international bullion rates, relative stability in the US dollar, and reduced domestic demand following recent price peaks.
Traders believe that if global market conditions remain favorable, precious metal prices could see further adjustments in the coming days, offering additional relief to buyers and investors.
