Pakistan Railways Revises Train Schedules Due to Fog

Train operations were disrupted due to severe fog, forcing Pakistan Railways to revise departure timings of several major trains.

• Karakoram Express bound for Karachi will now depart from Lahore at 6:00 pm, instead of its scheduled 3:00 pm departure, facing a three-hour delay.

• Karachi Express will leave Lahore at 12:45 am, delayed by 6 hours and 45 minutes from its original 6:00 pm timing.

• Millat Express, traveling from Lalamusa to Karachi, will now depart from Faisalabad at 12:00 am, instead of 5:50 pm, after a 6-hour and 10-minute delay.

• Mianwali Express, operating from Lahore to Mianwali, will depart at 11:45 pm, delayed by 2 hours and 35 minutes from its original 9:10 pm schedule.

Railway officials said the schedule changes were made to ensure passenger safety amid poor visibility caused by dense fog.
