Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

  • Residency: Permanent resident of Punjab with a valid CNIC.

  • Land Ownership:

    • Urban Areas: Up to 5 Marlas.

    • Rural Areas: Up to 10 Marlas.

  • Financial Standing: Must not be a bank defaulter or have a criminal record.

  • PMT Score: Registered with NSER, household score ≤ 60.

  • First-Time Owner: Priority for those without a completed house.

How to Apply Online (Step-by-Step)

Step 1: Digital Registration

  1. Visit the official portal: acag.punjab.gov.pk.

  2. Click “Register” and enter CNIC, name, mobile, and create password.

  3. Verify account via SMS/Email OTP.

Step 2: Complete Application

  • Enter address, district, tehsil, family details.

  • Provide occupation and monthly income.

  • Upload Land Record (Fard) or ownership deed.

  • E-sign the application digitally.

Step 3: Submission & Tracking

  • After submission, receive confirmation SMS from 8070 or 1284.

  • Track status via portal under “Candidate Access”.
