AZAG Punjab Balloting Result 2026 Announced – Check Your Name Online by CNIC

The Government of Punjab has officially announced the Apni Zameen Apna Ghar (AZAG) Balloting Result 2026 for the first phase of the 3-marla residential plot scheme. The computerized draw, conducted to ensure 100% transparency, has finalized the list of thousands of successful applicants across 19 districts of Punjab.

Applicants can now verify their status online using their CNIC number.

How to Check Your AZAG Balloting Result 2026

Follow these steps to see if you have been selected:

  1. Visit the Official Portal – Go to azag.punjab.gov.pk.

  2. Locate the Results Section – Click on “Check Balloting Result” or “Draw Result 2026”.

  3. Enter Your CNIC – Type your 13-digit CNIC number (without dashes or spaces).

  4. Security Code – Enter the Captcha shown on the screen.

  5. View Status – Click Submit.

  • If Selected – You will see: “Congratulations! You have been selected for a 3-marla plot in [District Name].”

  • If Not Selected – You will see: “Your application was not selected in the current phase.”

What to Do If You Are Selected

If your name appears in the list of successful allottees, follow these steps:

  • Wait for Official SMS – Notifications will be sent from codes 8070 or 1284.

  • Download Allotment Letter – Log in to your AZAG portal account to download your provisional allotment letter.

  • Document Verification – Visit the assigned Punjab Housing and Town Planning Agency (PHATA) or District Administration office with your CNIC, photographs, and Family Registration Certificate (FRC).

  • Submit Affidavit – A legal affidavit confirming you do not own any other property will be required.

If Your Name Is Not in the Result

Don’t worry if you weren’t selected in this phase:

  • Automatic Roll-over – Your application remains valid for the next phase.

  • Phased Draw – The government is conducting multiple stages to cover all 1.8 million+ applicants.

  • Check Eligibility – Ensure your PSER (Punjab Socio-Economic Registry) data is updated, as applicants with lower poverty scores are prioritized.

Districts Covered in Phase 1

  • Central Punjab: Okara, Kasur, Sahiwal, Faisalabad

  • Southern Punjab: Layyah, Bhakkar, Lodhran, Bahawalpur

  • Northern Punjab: Jhelum, Rawalpindi (specific tehsils)
