Gas Supply Suspension Schedule

According to Sui Southern, gas supply to industries and CNG stations will remain suspended from:

• Friday, January 17, at 8:00 AM

• Until Monday, 8:00 AM

The company stated that gas supply will be fully restored after the completion of the scheduled period.

Reason Behind the Decision

SSGC said the decision was taken in response to:

• Increased gas demand during cold weather

• Low gas pressure complaints from household consumers

• Extraordinary pressure on the gas transmission system

A spokesperson explained that winter conditions significantly increase domestic gas consumption, making it necessary to prioritize household users so they can meet essential needs such as cooking and heating.
