IESCO Reveals Load Shedding Schedule for Multiple Areas

The Islamabad Electric Supply Company (IESCO) has announced a planned electricity outage schedule for Sunday across several areas of Islamabad and Rawalpindi due to maintenance and routine development work.

According to an IESCO spokesperson, power supply will remain suspended in different localities at various times during the day.

Outage Details

9:00 AM to 2:00 PM
- Rawalpindi Cantt Circle areas served by Rawalpindi-III, VIP, and Hamyoun Road feeders
- GSO Circle areas including F-6/2, PM Secretariat, CBR, PM Staff Colony, Blue Area, OGDC, Quaid-e-Azam University, Saudi Embassy, and Residential Staff Embassy
9:00 AM to 3:00 PM
- Areas connected to Jahangir Road, MSF, Rahimabad, Khanna Road, CNC, Gulistan Colony, Topi Pump, and APHS feeders
11:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
- RIC, Benazir Bhutto, Chaklala Garrison, Gangal, Makkah Chowk, Sector-4, Humayun Road, Rehmatabad-2, and Rawalpindi-3 feeders
9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
- Areas supplied by G Block, N Block, Small Industries-1, Multi Orchard, Mix Industries, Jhang, Wah General Hospital, Model Town, A-Block, I-Block, Kohistan Enclave, Kashif Gul, Bhrama, City Arcade, Barbaqi, Bahtar More, and Dhrek feeders, along with adjoining localities

IESCO management apologized for the inconvenience and said electricity supply may be restored earlier if maintenance work is completed ahead of schedule.
