Federal Board Announces Intermediate Annual Exam Date 2026

The Federal Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education (FBISE) has officially announced the Intermediate (HSSC) First Year Annual Examination 2026 schedule. According to the board, exams will begin on April 28, 2026.

Alongside the date announcement, the board has opened online submissions for examination admission forms and released the fee structure and deadlines for regular, private, and improvement candidates.

Admission Form Deadlines and Late Fees

  • Normal Fee Submission: Until February 3, 2026

  • Double Fee Submission: February 4 – February 12, 2026

  • Triple Fee Submission: February 13 – February 24, 2026

Students are advised to submit forms early to avoid additional charges.

Examination Fee Details

  • First Year Fee: Rs. 2,700

  • Unregistered Candidates: Rs. 4,200

  • Both Parts (1st & 2nd Year) Together: Rs. 5,400

  • Form Correction / Roll Number Slip Rectification: Rs. 2,000

Fee Exemptions

The board has clarified that orphans, persons with disabilities, and prisoner candidates are exempted from paying examination fees.

The FBISE emphasized that students should carefully follow online submission procedures to avoid last-minute issues, and all applications must comply with the official guidelines.
